Abstract:

The state of economy of Donetsk People's Republic is characterized by a high degree of instability and vagueness, which is caused by an ongoing economic blockade and incessant battle actions. The growing imbalance between the external environment and the enterprises make it necessary for them to react adequately to the external changes and to search for the possibilities of development. The necessity not only to adapt to the external changes but also to actively influence them stipulates the improvement of the existing and the development of the new approaches to management of an enterprise. The purpose of this study is to develop the concept of enterprise management in the conditions of hyperdynamics and crisis by analyzing the concepts of strategic planning, crisis management and economic behavior of the enterprise considered in economic literature. The article uses the methods of desk research and comparative analysis to study the opinions of different authors on the conceptual foundations of strategic planning, crisis management and economic behavior of the enterprise, methods of structural, logical and semantic analysis to justify the definition of the concept of strategic planning of the enterprise’s anti-crisis economic behavior. Based on the analysis of modern approaches to interpreting the concepts such as planning, strategic planning, crisis management, economic behavior of the enterprise, the author offers an interpretation of the definition for strategic planning of the enterprise’s anti-crisis economic behavior. Aims, objects, tasks, principles, stages, methodology of concepts of strategic planning, economic behavior of the enterprise and anti-crisis management are studied.   The paper presents the author’s concept of strategic planning of the anti-crisis economic behavior of the enterprise, substantiating its components: object, subject, aims, tasks, imperatives, determinatives, categories. Using the behavioral approach to strategic planning at the enterprise is also proposed.
