Features of qualimetrical approach in regional economic researches

Article adapted the principles of evaluating the overall qualimetry for such objects of research as socio-economic processes and their control systems in the region, as well as conceptual provisions of the regional qualimetry, which are the basis of a methodology to quantify the the degree of implementation of the principles of management of regional development, uses algorithms and models of special devices.
