Abstract:

The article defines the necessity to create the integrated system of corporate strategic planning, with considering the system of management plans and planning documents. The example shows the correlation in  the document development. The article presents  alternative approaches to corporate strategic planning at the enterprise and proves expedient to create a subsystem of strategic planning and operational management in emergency situations.
