The analysis of opportunity to foster entrepreneurial activity in russian regions

The article discusses the opportunity to foster entrepreneurial activity in Russian regions through the implementation of the export of entrepreneurship concept and the necessity to conduct a research to confirm theoretical provisions of the concept. The results of the research conducted in the United States of America in 2012–2013 are provided and analyzed.
