In work theoretical provisions of creativity and creative potential of business and enterprise logistics are submitted. The essence and the main directions of the appendixof creative approach in business activity are stated.

The special attention is paid to postulates as bases of formation of the theory of logistics. Need of application of special logistic concepts for achievement of synergetic effect in management of production and commercial activity of subjects ofbusiness is shown.
