Analysis of development finance investment and building complex region

Analyzed the basic ways of financing the development of regional investment and construction of the complex. The author highlighted feature of sharesof housing cooperatives, which distinguishes them from the other: the use of this method of financing leads to the emergence of new businesses in the investment and construction of the complex region.
