In the article conceptual positions of the registration-analytical providing of management innovative activity are considered in the field of services. Indicators (indexes) are offered for ananalysis and control of innovative activity of enterprises of sphere of service. At development of innovative strategy it is suggested to apply a model from eight elements (8R) of service management.
