Abstract:

In work the question of financing of investment process at regional level is considered. The expediency of classification of methods of regulation of investment activity to a target sign and allocation of methods of mobilization of sources of financing of investments is proved. It is systematized regional practice and recommendations about application of these methods are formulated.
