The formation and development of intrapreneneuring to enhance innovation of russian companies

The article substantiates the need for intrapreneuring implementation in order to enhance innovation activity of russian enterprises. It describes the technique of implementing intrapreneuring which is based on projecting a desired state of the organization and finding of the ways for achieving it. Factors of possible inconsistencies between the constructed image and the current state of the organization are given in the article. The goals, objectives and strategies for implementing of intrapreneuring are defined.
