The problems of theory and praktice of budjet transfers of russian regions

In article problems of formation of interbudgetary relations in subjects of the Russian Federation are investigated. The author makes the detailed analysis of interbudgetary relations in municipal unions of the Perm edge in which result the basic problems of their development are revealed. Measures on perfection of intraregional interbudgetary relations in the Russian Federation are offered.
