Programme-target maintenance of personnel potential of the Chechen Republic investing-building complex


In article the condition of personnel maintenance in the Chechen Republic, the basic problems of maintenance of sphere of an investing-building complex are considered. Possibilities of the programme-target approach in personnel maintenance are analyzed. Value of the system approach, using of "a tree of the purposes», the matrix approach are shown. The principle of formation of three-dimensional matrix structures of management, necessity of adjustment of close interrelations with participants of investitsionno-building process are offered.
