The depth of controlling concept

The author’s approach to understanding the notion of “controlling”, based on the system approach, is reported. The concept of “depth of controlling” is treated in 4 different perspectives: principal quality of system, inner environment, outer environment, the process of management. The main stages of controlling formation from the point of the depth of controlling, is described.
