Preparing and making of decision for elaboration of new product is a very difficult process. Price of incorrect decision increases with a transition to a new cycle of ingress of new product on market. Search and selection of idea about new product with low consuming value lets to avoid unperspective ideas about new product. It conduces time, financial and human recourses during innovation activity.
