Abstract:

In article problems of the process management based on principles of system of a quality management are considered. The basic stages of management are stated by business processes and the estimation of their competitiveness is resulted. The system of strategic and operative indicators is defined, the model of optimisation of technological parametres of business processes on an example of the mining enterprise is offered.
