          <artTitle lang="ENG">Cooperative competition, open innovations and development of the management instruments</artTitle>
        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
          <abstract lang="ENG">The changing of world economy is a reason for switching from cut-throat competition in the market to a model of cooperative competition (coopetition), and for creating the companies’ development programs with the open innovation concept as a basis. The situation makes all of the competitors to use similar guidelines and management instruments. The goal of presented research, carried out in SRSPU (NPI), is discovering the ways and methods, which meet the foresaid requirements, and can be used for managing the production systems of the microand mini-economic levels. Taking the imitation modeling as a basis, author analyzed the situations, which take place if the competitors use different management instruments. It’s shown that the best complex of the instruments that can be used in the situation of co-opetition is the one, widely used in the quality management systems and known as «EFQM Model». Author also presents the ways of using and developing this model for Russian enterprises and business-groups.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">The article considers the possibility and appropriateness of the assessment of statistical indices for purposes of assessing the efficiency of a regional investment policy. According to Federal service of state statistics, the analysis of rates of growth in investments in fixed capital and growth rates of the gross regional product regions of the Volga Federal district. By results of the analysis a conclusion about the existence of significant differences in the rate of growth of investment in fixed capital and growth of GRP, which is explained by the efficiency of realization of investment policy in the region.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">This article discusses questions of price forecast for innovative product. Time series have been used in order to predict price movements. For this propose the price (for 24 months) of innovative product. Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250. was chosen. Based on this information prices for the product were calculated after six months and a year. Also. using results of this forecast the model for prediction the price of innovative product was developed.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">The article is dedicated to the monotonicity property determination of some efficiency indices for four types queueing systems – refuse system, ordered bundle of lines, waiting lines and closed system. This property makes easier and faster finding of optimal number of lines in these systems. It’s proved the monotony by the growing number of lines over 15 of such indices, for example, the diminution probability of occupation or outage for all lines, the queue length and time, the number of calls and stay time in service system, the object downtime ratio and lines while transition from individual to team type multiple-machine supervision etc.</abstract>
