Considered are the theoretical aspects of risks assessment of investment projects, the  specific character of the oil and gas projects and project risks management. Provided is the quantitative assessment of certain financial risks concerning the chosen oil and gas construction project of the processing platform. Perfprmed is the analysis, conclusions being drawn about the influence of the risk management methods on the project indicators.
