This process is promoted by the state departments in the direction of change of the legislation, activization of factors of innovative growth, existence and availability to small business of elements of innovative infrastructure, strengthening of interaction of small managing subjects with large and medium business. Considering need of development of Russian innovative policy, there are new state mechanisms of regulation and support of innovative business.
