        <p>The article gives an overview of modern trends of rooting scientific and engineering methods in economics and management. The article shows feasibility of their usage in solving problems of institutional economics — in particular, in order to prevent opportunism that takes place at the moment of conclusion of contracts for research and project works.</p>
