        <p>It is shown that the active development and introduction of the intellectual technologies, components and solutions in developed countries allow to provide for a higher level the reliability, security and efficiency of the future energy systems. It is noted that the complexity ofthe tasks of the innovativedevelopment of the Russian power industry urges to pay special attention on the evaluation of reliability of the elements of the new intellectual infrastructure, its specific risks, methods and mechanisms ofrisk management.</p>
