The paper described the concept of «business system», onthe essence of decision theory and its application to the assessment of the development ofenterprise systems. Analyzed the problem of decision-making to support the development of business systems and developed on the basis of their classification. As an example, the features of the application, advantages and disadvantages of the analytic hierarchy process as applied to business systems.
