The author of the paper studies the dynamics of the construction works scope, growth rates of the construction works scope, index of prices for building and assembly works and the volume ofputting educational institutions into operation in St. Petersburg from 1997 till 2010. The phase analysis method is used in the research. The author builds and analyses phase curves of the above mentioned indices of St. Petersburg investment construction complex.
