Based on the analysis of trends of scientific and technological development is determined that the formation of the knowledge economy in the region is the condition for the appearance of modern technological structures. This is justified on the basis of a conclusion that in the regions of low resource-based and innovation, the sustainable development of the industry with an appropriate policy.
