This article considers the main theoretical aspects of essence and the content of vertical integration. It shows features of formation and development of vertically integrated associations of the enterprises; offers the organizational structure of vertically integrated association of the enterprises with an innovative component; and reveals the main features of vertically integrated associations of the enterprises.
