The article contains a calculation of margin income hydro-and nuclear power plants. An assessment is made of the influence of such income to the cost of electricity to the end consumer. Calculated the economic effect of the return of nuclear and hydroelectric power plants to state regulation of tariffs for electricity and capacity.
