        <p>It is offered to consider the optimization expenses's energy resources for providing a megalopolis's heat supply on the system level, instead of separately taken object: CHP or boiler. As a part of the research it was developed a model that allows you to optimize the heating supply. The proposed model was applied as an example to Vasileostrovsky thermal area.</p>
