In this study is discussing the hypothesis of Kondratieff waves and the proof of hypothesis by using а spectral analysis of world GDP growth. The results of spectral analysis of the world GDP growth are showed, and the problems of using of this method are discussing. The hypothesis of coherence of Kondratieff waves and the dynamics of acquisition of patents is discussing.
