In article the substantiation of necessity of working out of standards of budgetary expenses on an example of the actual accounting given expenses on one inhabitant of some subjects of the Russian Federation is given. Possibility of application of an offered technique for standardization of budgetary expenses for various levels of budgetary system is specified.
