Methodological principles of coordination of the economic interests of entreprises of horizontally-integrated and diversified corporative industrial firms are developed through forming of optimal innovative plans for decentralized and centralized distribution of funds of the business. The implementation of the results can increase the economic efficiency of innovative development of industrial firms due to systemic effects - profit growth.
