In article the estimation of efficiency of the investment process proceeding in regional economy is given. Mathematical models multipUcate and acceleratore effect, and their interaction are constructed, allowing to study the investment mechanism of region. Conclusions about the tendencies peculiar to development of economy of region in 2000-2009 are formulated.
