Within the limits of the present research it is supposed to use the system approach to the analysis and in particular a statistical method with a view of the analysis of preconditions of realization of controlling at the enterprise. Proceeding from the given assumption the author considers necessary first of all to reveal not only preconditions, but also to investigate the internal factors defining necessity of formation of system of controlling at the enterprises of a su-dostroitelno-ship-repair complex.
