The article considers proposal for material stimulus improvement of the personnel of structural divisions of the coal-mining organizations for scientific and technical innovation introduction. Recommended procedure of the contribution estimation of structural divisions to production modernization and innovative processes is presented to differentiate means for payment by results and material stimulation in the coal-mining organization.
