It is put and solved problems of working out of strategy of development of the enterprise on the basis of construction of model of the system dynamics connecting the income of the enterprise with level of knowledge of the personnel and level of an information technology. The model is realised by means of package Ithink and has allowed to model results of firm at different scenarios of changes of knowledge of the personnel and information system of firm.
