In article problems of labour relations in structure of socio-economic factors of regional development are considered. The comparative analysis of motives of work in ten regions of Russia by the comparable technique, executed within the limits of the project «Social-cultural portraits of regions of Russia», and as results of sociological research spent by authors in the Tyumen region 2010 г is presented in the spring.
