In this article the authors would regard the necessity of functional strategies, process of their development and their structure (on the example of energy companies of the Republic of Bashkortostan). The implementation of these strategies will let the new owner provide the fulfilment of the strategically important functions of Energy Development, organize the management guarding the interests of FIG and the personnel of business units.
