        <p>We develop recommendations about increase of the labour motivation of the municipal employees, recommended to introduction in the local governments of the Samara city of the present research. First of all, it is necessary to allocate methods of the material stimulation as they make the most direct impact on motivational sphere of the majority of employees.</p>
