The model of a revenue of the enterprise, representing result of activity of labor power and use of means of production is stated. Composed revenues depend on distribution of investments to provision of interest of workers in productive work and on increase of efficiency of means of production. The optimality criterion of distribution - the maximum value of a resultant revenue is chosen. Requirements to the social and economic environment of functioning of the enterprise to indicators of a condition of means of production at which satisfaction this maximum is reached are specified.
