This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological bases of state regulation of business services. The author highlighted the principles of state regulation of the service region who are setting up border cooperation enterprise service areas with customers and business partners, which in turn allows us to speak of the manifestation of the impact of the state of controls in strategic planning and development of modern service industries.
