In the article is considered structure of Total Performance Scorecard which is development of the theory of Balanced Scorecard. It was defined the meaning of the Total Performance Scorecard in the evolution of measurement of efficiency of activity of the company. There were formulated key factors of success of logistical activity of the enterprise. Also it was offered the schedule of introduction of this system is on an example of the Kamensks paper-cardboard factory.
