Disclose the contents and characteristics of individual stages of the evolution process of privatization of state enterprises in Russia by the example of the Astrakhan region. Stresses the failures and shortcomings in the implementation of privatization processes, emphasizes the importance of knowledge of these “empirical irregularities”. This will allow a more reasonable approach to addressing the new privatization of state property in Russia`s regions.
Раскрываются содержание и отличительные черты отдельных этапов эволюции процесса приватизации государственных предприятий в России на примере Астраханской области. Акцентируются просчеты и недостатки в осуществлении приватизационных процессов, подчеркивается важность знания этих “эмпирических неправильностей”, что позволит более обоснованно подойти к решению вопросов приватизации “новой” государственной собственности в российских регионах.
