In clause the author on a concrete example leads the analysis of a foreign trade policy of the state. It is shown, that the foreign policy of the state should be considered as a basis of increase of a level of its competitiveness. Thus the special attention is given consideration of three making foreign trade policies: organizational, legal and economic.
