The article describes approaches to formation of the indicators systems, which construction on the basis of the developed criteria, requirements and principles, will allow to define their structure. By means of the offered systems of indicators it is possible to characterize state of the economy, social sphere and environment and correct in time the region's development in the purposes of a sustainable development achievement direction
