The working structures of the control of energy-efficiency at the different levels of the authorities are examined: federal, regional and local. The strategic experience of regional control of energy economics is analyzed. The need of developing the program of energy economics in the region is substantiated. Proposals on the forming of the structure of the regional system for strategic control of energy-efficiency are given.
