The author defines the creative welfare as a duration of the creative activity of a person, he suggests the multiplier model in the creative welfare theory, wich is analogous to well-known multiplier model in Keynesian economics. The conception of individual multiplier is suggested. The connection between the individual multiplier and the optimal income of a person is shown
