In clause the system of organizational measures on steady management of wood and pasturable resources of Mongolia is offered. The general features and interrelation in management and use of wood and pasturable resources, a level of their degradation and an exhaustion are shown. The offered mechanism of organizational stimulus operates together with economic stimulus, in a basis creation of local communities on management of using of wood and pasturable resources is necessary.
