Modern problems of management in Russian industrial companies were reviewed and the instruments based on TBM methodology were proposed to raise the level of management. Main factors of economic effectiveness were identified of using TBM methodology. TBM methodology foundations were formulated and the procedure of application based on processing approach was proposed.
