The considered problem of the discovery trend in rows of the production factors. The mathematical model decision making is offered about referring the modification to class stochastic or to class of the change with presence of trend. It Is shown that under sufficient amount counting out the factor presence to trends is identified already at deflection of the factor from rate on value up to ten percent.
