Professor Filippov: one of founders of economical education in Estonia

The paper considers the key achievements of Yu.D. Filippov, a Russian scientist, lawyer and economist who worked in Imperial Russia and in Estonia, analyzing his scientific heritage. Filippov’s role in shaping economic education in the Republic of Estonia is shown, a bibliography of his works is provided.
