On efficacy estimation of the capital investment projects in transport construction

Considered are the issues of the passive safety provisions estimated as to the transport construction economic efficacy in the area of road facilities and road activities. Analyzed is the problem of road infrastructure associated with large losses of the public economic complex due to deterioration of goods, damaged vehicles and progressive traffic accidents casualties rates. Provided are the damage estimation methods before and after the accident. Proposed is the elaborated technique of the damage estimation of road facilities investment project.
