Abstract:

Article is devoted to the development of theoretical bases of economic efficiency of transport construction in the transition of entities involved in entrepreneurial or professional activities on self-regulation. Discusses the criteria and methods for assessment of economic efficiency, taking into account the liability and risk-sharing for the transport organizations.
