The article presents the author's definition of the concept of service industries competitiveness management, and the main structural elements of the control mechanism, a model of competitiveness of the enterprise management mechanism system approach, developed in stages the control technology competitiveness of the enterprise services, taking into account the feature scope, market power and internal potential.
